Exchange Policy

If the product you ordered does not fit you, we will exchange it for the correct size within 30 days of your order date free of charge.  If you want a different product entirely, we will gladly exchange your item for another item of equal or lesser value. Please note that all exchanged items will ship to you via standard ground service. If you need your items sooner, we can upgrade your shipping service and you will be required to pay the difference in cost. No exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. 

 Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund (excludes original shipping costs) by contacting us within 30 days of your order date. If the 30 day period has expired and you still wish to return your items, you may do so within 60 days of your purchase date – you will be responsible for sending the product back to us and once received/inspected, Festified store credit will be issued for the appropriate amount (excludes original shipping expense). No returns will be accepted after 60 days. Please allow us up to 14 days to process your return package and issue a refund or store credit. For all returns, the original shipping charge will not be refunded or credited. A fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee will be deducted from the return amount if the item(s) are not in returnable condition (See Rules and Restrictions below) or there are more than four (4) items being returned.

Amazon Orders

If you purchased a Festified item through our Amazon.com storefront and wish to exchange your item for another size, please contact us directly and we can easily and quickly fulfill your request (faster than going through the Amazon.com return process). However, if you need to return your item for a refund, please login to your Amazon.com account and go through the return authorization request process for your order.

Rules and Restrictions

All returns and exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA, please contact us through the chat tool (lower right corner), email (support@Festified.com) or by phone (571-449-2600). We require that all returned items be in NEW condition in the original packaging and that all tags are included. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any items that have been worn or damaged. We reserve the right to return to you any unacceptable pieces. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box or the package will not be accepted. 

In some cases we will ship your replacement item(s) before receiving your original. You will have a maximum of 15 days from the date your RMA is created to return the original item or you will be billed for the full MSRP for the item(s). 

If you received a Festified item as a gift, you can exchange it for another item or store credit. If you have a gift receipt or the original order invoice, we will issue store credit for the appropriate amount that was paid by the purchaser. If you do not have a receipt, we will issue you a store credit for the lowest price (including sales/promotions) that the product was offered for in the last 60 days. Festified store credit is valid for two years after the issue date

If you are shipping items back to us on your own, please make sure to use a traceable service such as FedEx or UPS. They will provide you with a tracking number and offer guaranteed delivery. Festified is not responsible for items lost in transit to our warehouse. 

* Free shipping for returns and exchanges applies only to domestic (United States) orders. Foreign orders will be required to pay the shipping and any applicable duties and taxes.
